Chef Thomas Hildebrandt and staff deliver an ever changing menu using seasonal ingredients, often from our on premises ARTFARM. The Mugliani oven is at the heart of Keslings Kitchen.
Keslings offers an exciting collection of modern craft beers and unique wines by the glass or bottle.
Kesling's Kitchen opened its doors in April 2016 as a part of the new, BORREGO ART INSTITUTE, a non-profit gallery and creative space dedicated to the cultural enrichment of the community of Borrego Springs, California. Both facilities are housed in the original mid-century modern building designed in 1951 by William Kesling. Restored in 2015-16 by local architect Richard Orn, the building reflects the natural sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Borrego's past. The renovation design includes an open concept restaurant with expansive views of our Christmas Circle and the desert beyond. Diners may sit at the bar to watch the art of cooking as it occurs, enjoy the comfort and intimacy of an elevated booth, or enjoy traditional table seating in the dining area or patio.
